Description
Blackened sheer blue with turquoise sparkles, a gorgeous subtle blue with almost a gunmetal sheen to it. If you normally think you can't wear blues, you'll be delighted with this. It blends well with browns and lavendars, creating almost a deep summer twilight effect.
